Junk Removal Specialist / Route Sales Representative

**Location:** SE Edmonton (Mill Woods Area)

**Profit share on every job** — earn a percentage of the revenue generated on your truck every day! Your effort, confidence, and sales skills directly influence your paycheque.

Base starting wage: $16/hr
**Average total earnings: $20–$23+ /hr** (inclusive of hourly + tips + performance bonuses!)

**What You’ll Be Doing:**
- Start each day at our SE Edmonton office and head out on routes with your team
- Arrive at customer locations and deliver a **professional, friendly first impression**
- Assess the job and **provide customers with an on-the-spot price estimate**
- Confidently explain pricing, answer questions, and **overcome objections to close the sale**
- Safely remove junk from homes and businesses
- Load, transport, recycle, donate, or dispose of items responsibly
- Represent the brand with energy, integrity, and a winning attitude

**This Role Is Perfect for You If You:**

What We're Looking For:
**- 19+ years old** (insurance requirement)
**- Valid driver’s license** with a clean driving record (past 3 years)
- Strong customer service or people skills (sales experience is a big plus!)

- Physically able to lift **50+ lbs repeatedly**
- Positive, competitive, and coachable mindset
- Reliable, professional, and motivated to grow
